This question that was asked by Tropik is essential but I don`t think that we have come to an answer yet.. For instance, you, Elberto, are right that vaping is much safer than smoking but there are certain ways in which we can do this to maximum and I would like to know exactly what they are.

Nice pieces of advice, I now realize that I actually don`t follow many of them strictly and I should probably change that.

Interesting topic. I think that, apart from the eternal debate of what is dangerous in the juices we use compared with the countless chemical substances in tobacco cigarette smoke, there is a small thing I'd like to point out: keep your e-cigarette clean!

What I mean is this: A normal tobacco based cigarette is a one time use device, there's no time for it to accumulate bacteria or to get dirty and harmful from this point of view.
On the other hand, an e-cig is something you don't throw away after a couple of puffs. Therefore, I'd suggest that at least once a day, it must be cleaned using a napkin and some alcohol, at least the parts which come in direct contact with your mouth (drip-tip for example).

Also, I avoid ''sharing the taste'' with other vapers, unless they use their own personal drip-tip on my setup and vice-versa, you never know what germs you're exposed to by doing this.

Re: How to vape e-cigarettes as safely as possible?

I sometimes give a try to certain flavors from other people`s e-cigarettes but I agree, Awe, that this is not good and do it very rarely. There are some cases when i let a friend of mine make a few puffs from my e-cig but always clean it carefully after that. It was good that you mentioned the cleaning factor - vital for our safe vaping.
