    IS ANYONE ELSE FRUSTRATED WITH SLOW SERVICE?

    First, let me say that I love, love, LOVE my e cig. I am EXTREMELY frustrated with the slow turnaround from when I place an order, to when it comes in. I placed an order for 2 extra long batteries and a 20 pack of menthol carts five days ago, and it's still "awaiting fulfillment." I ordered the extra carts so I would always have one charged and good to go. I lost one of my batteries last night and now only have my manual battery that doesn't hold a charge for very long at all. The last time I ordered carts, it took nearly two WEEKS for them to be delivered. I am seriously considering going to a different company....which is something I really don't want to do because I LOVE V2's products. Is there any chance the service might be improving in the future?

    It is very frequently problem with lot of users. I ordered my electronic cigarette one month ago but i have not yet received my order.
